Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked on Graviflux.3. User Conduct & Moderation
You are responsible for all content you post and activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:
- Post content that is offensive, unlawful, or harmful to others.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.
Graviflux reserves the right, but is not obligated, to moderate, review, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
Graviflux and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Graviflux and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Graviflux be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the application.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Graviflux operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
